La légitimité change de place : si auparavant le pouvoir s’exerçait par l’incarnation de la fonction, aujourd’hui elle s’exerce par l’incarnation du code de conduite et de la responsabilité liée à cette fonction. Le paradigme du pouvoir est en train d’évoluer, et cette évolution doit s’accompagner d’une transformation des pratiques du leadership et des profils de dirigeant.e.s.
